Hannah Montana In-Concert Movie Selling Out As Fast as Concert

Back then, it used to be only the most loyal fans waiting outside in the rain, sleeping in tents, waiting in line to purchase tickets to their favorite artist’s concert. Nowadays, with the advent of the internet, concert tickets are sold online, but at a much much higher price..
Ticket sales and prices have skyrocketed because of the ridiculously huge success of Miley Cyrus in her hit TV show, Hannah Montana. In the show, she plays a regular teenager going to school during the day, but by night she is a world famous singing artist. This brought about a huge fan-base and with that a huge success to her 54-city tour. Taking notice of the huge success, people noticed they could sell their concert tickets for a lot higher than face value. In fact, a few were sold in the thousands, which seems ludicrous.
Disney, smart as they are, figured,’ why not milk it for all it’s worth?’ So they made a movie, “Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour” which is just a video of her concert, but in 3D!
It comes out today, but theaters have been selling out left and right, probably because it is only showing for one week, which makes the tickets even scarcer than the concert tickets. What I see happening is after the week is over and they see the record box office numbers, they will extend the showing, I mean how could they not?
What I am wondering if she is really worth all this hype? It is nice to have someone to look up to and all, but to have to pay that much to see her from a really really far distance in a conert, I don’t know about that. I guess I would settle for watching a video of her in 3D, for much less.
Is anyone going to fess up and admit that they would?
